This time, I am sure about the date, its was 4 April 2002, as my 10th Exams were finished and I gave the last Science Lab Practical on 2nd of April.

We went there from Chamba, H.P, which is quite far. It is 120Kms Away from Pathankot Railway Station, Where we boarded Tata-Muri Train, Which comes from Jammu and goes to Tata Nagar (Jamshedpur), via Aligarh.

We reached Aligarh at 8:30 in the morning and this was the first time in my life I stepped on the Soil of Aligarh, well not literally, it was cemented railway station. Its was the month of April So it was still little cold out there and that was the reason there were few people on the roads.

We went to the University Campus, MM Hall, MMA Hostel and then Room No. 31. Where my cousin was living, he was doing B.Sc from there. and I had came for +2 Science. I filled out both the forms for Entrance test of +2 for Science and Commerce.

I stayed there and prepared for the Entrance test which was scheduled to 27th June 2002. (Sharp memories ). I have to confess that i did not study hard and that was the reason I didn’t get through the Science Test and but got Commerce, but that wasn’t a big deal and Commerce was mean for the losers.

I still Remember people narrowing their eyebrows after hearing I am a Commerce Student.

Anyways, I was telling you about my day in Aligarh, I did not know that I’ll get so much attached  with this place that I’ll be visiting it every now and then even after graduating from their. This is the place where i got some of my best friends who are there for me always. My life at Aligarh was not simple, It could make a Masala Hindi Movie, which is going to be Super hit.I have experienced so many things there, i’ll be sharing most of them with you all. Promise.

17 October 1986, was the day I was Born,

It was a Morning I think!

Ok wait let me Confirm!!

Mom, What was the time when I was born?

Mom: Well, I am not good at remembering time, go ask you dad.

Me: Ok!, Dad……… Dad………

Dad: Hey Boy, What are you up to, its Sunday, let me sleep.

Me: Dad, what was the time when I was born?

Dad: Why do you want to know that after 22 years? you started believing in Rahu Ketu Stuff?

Me: No dad, I was writing a blog post about the day I was born.

Dad: Blog Post! what the hell is that?, I’ve heard of Speed Post, is it related to it somehow?

Me: No Dad! just tell me what was the time When I……….

Dad: Oh Son, I wasn’t there you know, I was in Calcutta ( now Kolkata) doing my Chartered Accountancy. But, you Grandfather has documented it in his dairy.

Me: Ok Dad, just tell me where is that Diary?

Dad: Son, its in our village, we’ll go there next summer, you can read it then. ok?

Me: Dad, you don’t remember the time I was ……………. and I always though I was special to you and mom.

Dad: Ok Wait! I’ll call you grandmother and ask her. Why do you have to all this on Sunday only?

Well, This Conversation went on and on and on. and finally, I got to know the time also.

It was 3:30 am and the date was 17th October 1986. The place was Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
