So, I am here after <strike>centuries </strike>months to writer another piece of article on my personal blog. I am too busy, is the reason for not updating my blog.

Not that I am building a Time machine or working with NASA on a space mission or something, but I am busy doing nothing, away from the internet world, actually the real world also.

I am in Assam, a North Eastern state of India. and to be more specific ( if you want to keep a tab on my from Google Earth) I am in Gerukhamukh, which is 460KMs away from Guwahati (a big city of Assam).

After a full week of sitting at Home ( now why I call Home here is another Big story and you have to read my about page for that), Sunday was the day we decided to visit the local Tea factory.

This article is not about How to make tea, but it’s about How tea leaves are prepared in the Factory.

On my way from Guwahati to Gherukhamukh which is about 460KMs, I saw many Tea Gardens, and Assam is the largest producer of Tea.

So the Tea leaves make their way to the factory by local worker who are paid Rs3 for plucking 1KG of tea leaves from Tea Garden.

Now here in the Factory, the tea leaves are then crushed into small particles so that they can be processed further

The tea is then kept on the floor for sometime so that the color turns Red from Green.

It is then taken further for making it even more fine, and then Big Machines separate them according to their sizes,

Which again goes to different big machines where it is separated according to the quality of the tea.

Then they are Filled in the Big Bags which are then bought by Different Companies who sell it with their Labels.

Not all of the part of tea leaves make it to the Shiny packets of tea, that is not a mountain of tea but tea dust.

Which is then packed in these Bags and GOD knows what they do with them, I mean why do I care?

Can anyone count how many times I have used the word Tea in the article?

Ah! Why would you care?

Do you?

You don’t need to be Einstein to differentiate between a fake appointment letter and a real one. But I still have heard of may people and even my friends falling for these Spam email which send you appointment letters directly to your inbox, mostly they are filtered to a spam folder, but few of them manage to hit your Inbox.

Just to make you understand, how can you recognize a Spam email, I am attaching an email which I got from a spammer who is claiming to be from Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

Looking at the present scene of the market, we know how tough it is to get a good job, and if you get a random email from a Big company like Maruti Suzuki, its to tough to believe.

The email above was sent to thousands of email IDs by using a Mass email sender, (Even the footer of the email says its been sent using the Internet Messaging Program).

Another thing to notice is that the email is sent using a hotmail.co.uk email, which can be created for FREE.

You should always check where is the email sent from and keep in mind that no company send appointment letters randomly.

So, if next time you get such email just Mark it as Spam.

There are many type of Spams happening on the internet, read about the other Spam I wrote about few years ago.

People will laugh at you if you say that t you haven’t heard of MTV Roadie, For all those people (who were living under the rocks) If you ask me, it’s totally a nonsense fake reality show where people are tortured till the end and the judges do every possible thing to make it their (contestants’’) worst experience in their lives.

But if you still want to consider as I reality show then here are few facts that can prove you wrong. Here is an Interesting Wrap up Story from Roadies 4 to Roadies 7 (Opens in new tab).

Roadies 8 Auditions

It’s the time when the bald brothers again started screwing people with their shits. I have watched couple of Episodes of MTV Roadies myself and have observed that only people whom they (judges) think will be some entertainment to them or people would be interested to see them further in the show, are selected and others are sent home.

Raghu and Rajiv are two people who get a lot of entertainment for free, even I enjoy watching it, I mean I love when they screw guys who try to be cool or disrespect girls, but sometimes it pisses me off when I see these two bald boys going completely *ssholes making fun of people and abusing them for no reason.
Okay guys, you have a popular show in your hands and the show has a great following.

Watch on YouTube

Here is an the video of Roadies 8 Auditions where a guy Suraj aka Nagesh trying to get the sympathy of the judges and he actually gets it, but the sad part is, He is a Fake. If you watch the above video, do you think he is that unlucky? I mean Okay, you are from a village and you don’t have any friends, you worked as a floor cleaner, dish washer and even sweeper. Before going inside the dark room he said he never watched any episode so far and when he is talking to these three idiots (R, R, and R) he mention that he made a decision to go for Roadies after watching it on TV. You can read more here.

If the show is not scripted

So, this leads me to say that Raghu and Rajiv and also Ranavijay (R, R, and R) are the biggest fools who were not able to catch or point out any lie of this guy.

And if the show is scripted

I would say again, these two Dumb and Bald ( R and R) know nothing about life, all the statements which impressed me and made me think that Raghu is the creator of a popular show for a reason. But hey Raghu, if you shout about something which is already planned and reading all those statements form a Script, you are just Barking like a DOG.

If I still believe that the show was not scripted when it started but you guys started adding masala to it which really bores. I would prefer to watch a saas bahu show which I can watch with my family.

I have been living in different parts on India from the time I was born. I have lived in Kashmir in early 90s when the Terrorism was at peak. I was living in Baramulla when Mr. Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated in 1991. I was there when Hazratbal in Srinagar was taken Hostage by few handful militants.

I was in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh when Kargil War was going on in 1999.

The War was very important for us to win. I too believe that Wars should never happen, but when someone enters your home and refuse to go back, there is only one option left, which is to throw him away. This is what Our Heros did.

I am writing this post for people who are already on twitter, (and if you are not create one for free).

Well, twitter is in news every now and then, twitter is actually a micro-blogging platform, which lets you publish one liners, it has a limit of publishing 140 characters only. Almost every blogger is using twitter, and it has become much more than a micro-blogging platform. People find it easy to tweet as it is less time consuming and it is lot more easier to publish your tweets.

Many celebrities and politicians are using twitter to connect with their fans/followers respectively. It is famous throughout the world.

Many people who have got a larger number of followers, have started making money by tweeting sponsored products/services. For example: a celebrity who has around 100,000 followers on twitter, tweets about a product he is trying his hands on, a majority of his followers would want to try the same product. This would not come as a surprise if the celebrity has been paid for tweeting about the product. He might have been paid $1000 or so.

In the same way, if you have a big number of followers on twitter, you can also get paid you tweeting. Sponsored Tweets is a service that can get you advertisers. There is a condition to get advertisers, you twitter account should be six month old. with a minimum of 100 followers. you might not get paid $1000 for a tweet, but you will definitely get paid something.

PS: For those who have landed on my blog for the first time, I am a Full Time Blogger that means I make full time living fro my online activities, like Facebook, Twitter and Blogging.

It is said that first impression is the last impression. Few have proved it wrong, but usually this is true, at least for people like me and you, that is why we take the first impressions so much seriously. In India, it is taken more seriously. This is the way you gain confidence in something. So, try making as good first impression as you can.

Confidence plays an important role in getting success in every field, the more confidence you gain, the more success you achieve, or vice versa. If you are confident about the interview you are going to appear in, you will definitely crack the interview.

There are tons of coaching institutions set up for the purpose of coaching personality development and they all aim to fill confidence in their students, this shows that how much important this Confidence is. If you are not confident enough about anything, you will hardly achieve it, there are few key points which are needed to be noticed in order to gain confidence.

Love you life

The first thing you will have to do is to love you life, you can’t gain confidence if you don’t love your life. And to love your life, you need to accept all the negative and positives about you, you need to work on your negatives to balance your life.

Clothing

The other thing affect your confidence is wearing sense, clothing, if you are not feeling comfortable in what you are wearing, you will never look confident. So choose clothes to wear in which you feel comfortable walking and going out.

Looking Fresh

Another important point to gain confidence is to look fresh, that does not mean that you will look fresh if you take bath regularly, looking fresh is much more than taking bath regularly. It’s about thinking positive, staying fit, getting up early in the morning. By practicing all the things you look fresh and that increases your confidence level.

Knowledge

I read somewhere that a fool is not recognized until he speaks out. Because, on whatever topics he speaks, he will lack knowledge on that topic. So, if you among those people who speak on the topic where u lack knowledge, step doing it and stop making yourself recognized as a fool, try learning things and gaining knowledge before speaking out.

Eye Contact

The other big things for gaining confidence is eye contact, it does not mean that you keep staring people you come across on the road. It means, look straight into the eyes while talking to the person, it gives you a confidence of staying in the conversation and sometimes helps you in dominating a discussion

Well this is the question every insomniac would be eager on ask in order to correct his or her insomnia and get some good night sleep and go to work or college without dosing off in front of that hot chick/cool dude.

The answer is very simple and everyone knows about it,

To wake up early, you have to sleep early,

There is something we all used to think when we were in KG classes. Early to bed early to rise make a man healthy wealthy and wise.

Could be true, how its same like which came first, the Hen or the Egg. I mean what is it? We get up late because we sleep late or se sleep late because we get up late.

Coming back to the solution, which is, to wake up early, you have to sleep early,

Has anyone tried it? Yes, I did, and you know what, I did not succeed, I ended up wasting four hours in my bed calling sleep.

So, what I learned is, you can’t sleep when you don’t feel like sleeping. So, you will have to take action against your laziness, and have some less sleep for a week or two. What I mean to say is, go to bed at the same time you are going, but set an alarm clock, and wake up accordingly, and for God sake, don’t let you sleep for an extra minute. Get out of your comfort zone. And believe me, when you do this 1,2,3,4…….10 times in a row. You will certainly learn to wake up early.

My personal experience,

At the time of writing ,it’s 11:55Pm, and I need to wake up a 6Am, that mean I have got 6 hours to sleep, this is the 8th day I am doing this, and it’s working, now I am getting dizzy and I am going to crash into the bed as soon as I publish this post on the blog. I am going to complete my sleep in these 6 hours. I will not waste any time in calling for my sleep and getting into the dreams, which is the best part of the night.

So, instead of sleeping early at night to wake up early in the morning, just wake up early.

Its Exactly 8AM Right Now, I Think Today is going to be a big day for me, A whole long day, as I am Up Early. 6th Day of 2010 and it’s going good. I think I’ll reach where I want to be.

Anyway, I Start my Day like any other guy Cleaning myself Up. Then Comes The breakfast time, I hardly had breakfasts in 2009, and I want to change this in 2010 by having it every morning.

I still remember the days at AMU, where We (I with my Friends) Used to have Jalebi and Bread for the Breakfast, Few look at is as an unusual combination, but it’s quite famous in Aligarh. We accepted this kind of breakfast in our first year stay and we started linking it in the second year and now after 5 years I am missing Bread Jalebi, there is one more reason for it, you don’t have to do anything on your own, i mean you don’t have to cook anything Just buy and eat it and you are done with your breakfast within 5 minutes. Pretty Good for bust people like me.

Now I am really craving for it, but I know I am not going to get Jalebi at 8 in the morning in Delhi, yes I have already tried it in 2007, the last time I was craving for my Daily breakfast.

For those who came to the blog from Outside India, Jalebi is an Indian Sweet, which is orange in color and is made of Sugar.

Let me save some of my effort in Defining it by Linking the WikiPedia Definition of Jalebi.

Time will keep changing and many companies will hit the competitive market for consumers by introducing their Sweets or Chocolates in India, but Jalebi has it’s own place.

I’ll try to Have Some in the evening. It’s 8:30 Am Now, Time to arrange some breakfast, yes, I know I won’t Get Jalebi.

Ever Heard of “Time Management”

Its something related to managing your time.

Time is fixed, its the same for everyone.

Yet, few people achieve so many things in the same time and So many people get few things on their right side.

Why is this so?

All The credit goes to Time Management.

Today, Someone asked me Why god has created few intelligent people and made rest of them stupid?

Do you agree with it? is God Unfair to most of the people.

No, I don’t think so,

Intelligence varies. For few people You are intelligent, but for few you Dumb. for few you are Beautiful, for few you are Boring.

Why people under estimate themselves, why they crib! why they care what other think about them?

This is life and this is the way it is. Not everything can be perfect, just let it be.

Yes, Moving On would be the right word for it.

Move On. Don’t try to make it perfect, because i won’t be.
