Applying for a Duplicate of Marksheet of Metric

I recently Lost my High School Mark sheet ( Matriculation) and I really don’t know where I lost it.

I think, I lost it in Delhi Metro!!!!

Or Maybe the last Bus to Aligarh.

Anyway! I have lost it. And We all know, how important this Piece of Paper is.

If you go to apply for a Driver’s License

Or you Apply for a passport

Even For a Job

But the most Important thing which cannot be done,

is getting Admission to the next level in Academics.

I am looking forward lo get admission in any of B-School, and for that

I will require to present my Original Mark Sheet of High School at the time of Admission..

Here is what I did for getting a Duplicate Copy of Mark Sheet

Downloaded a Form from the Education Board’s Website.

Filled it and pasted my Passport size Photograph on it.

Got it attested it from my School, from where I did my Schooling.

Lodged an F.I.R ( First Information Report )

Made an Affidavit from Local Court, about the mark sheet Lost case.

These three things are required to Submit the Application form for Issuing the Duplicate of Mark Sheet.

HP Education Board Takes 15 day to send the Document via Post, to your postal address.
